What is included in the price?
Prices are per night and person (adults and children)
Meals are not included. Tourism tax is not included.
How much is the tourism tax?
€ 3,- per person and night.
Children up to 14 years are exempt from the tourism tax.
How much is the final cleaning?
The prices for the final cleaning (once per flat) are as follows:

What are our bank details?
When making a reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit of 30% to be transferred to the following account: (free of charges)

How are the cancellation conditions?
Cancellation & Booking Changes
- up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
- up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
- up to 14 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount
Any cancellation or change or No-Show will be charged with the total amount!
We recommend you to take out a travel-cancellation or travel interruption Insurance. Please kindly understand that we can not accept any goodwill cancellations.

When is Check In and when is Check Out?
The apartments/the double room is ready from 3pm. On your departure day we kindly ask you to leave until 10am.
If you arrive after 7pm we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.

How much does it cost to use the internet?
The use of the internet is for free.
Where can I park my car?
There are free parking spaces in front of each house.
Is there an E-charging station near the apartment?
An E-charging station is directly in front of each of our apartment houses.
Our 11kW charging station has a type-2-plug (european standard for AC charging stations, compatible with all standard electric cars with single-phase to three-phase alternating current)
How much is the surcharge for a short-stay?
€ 5,- per person/child per day
How much is the referral discount?
New guests coming due to your recommodation will receive a 5% discount on the daily rate for their first reservation of minimum 5 days. (reservation at the Alphaus Aparthotel - offer can not be combined with other discounts)
For your recommendation we will reward you with a bonus of € 30,- which you can redeem on your next holiday at the Alphaus Aparthotel. (no cash compensation)

Is smoking allowed at the Alphaus Aparthotel?
All our apartments and double rooms are non smoker apartments/rooms.
On each balcony there are tables and chairs as well as ash trays - so that you can enjoy your cigarette.
Sind Haustiere in unseren Alpenperlen erlaubt?
In unseren Häusern Alpenherz, Karwendelblick und Karwendel Ferienwohnung sind eure vierbeinigen Lieblinge herzlich willkommen!
Wie berechnen € 18,- pro Hund und Nacht.
Im Alphaus Aparthotel sind keine Haustiere gestattet.
Gibt es einen Brötchenlieferservice?
Auf Wunsch liefern wir Alpenperlen-Gästen Montag bis Samstag frische Brötchen ins Haus. Du zahlst nur die Ware – dein perfekter Start in den Urlaubsmorgen!
Bestellung kann am Anreisetag nur bis 17:30 Uhr berücksichtigt werden.
Gibt es ein Frühstück?
Falls ihr das Frühstück dazu buchen möchten, ist dies im Nachbarhaus zu € 20,- pro Pers./Tag möglich.
Dieses könnt ihr von 8.00 - 10.00 Uhr genießen. Aufpreis 2 Pers. | 7 Tage € 280,-.
Das Frühstück kann auch für einzelne Tage dazu gebucht werden.
