Located in the neighboring village of Maurach, this leisure center has been offering an outstanding range of activities since 2018 – along with truly fantastic views. From the rooftop infinity pool, you can gaze out across the entire Lake Achensee. Add to that a dreamy penthouse spa and an excellent selection of facilities for swimming and splashing, sauna sessions and relaxation, fitness and pure enjoyment.

Spanning 50,000 m², the area known as the “Atoll” is perfect if you want to experience sport, wellness, water fun, and fitness in Tyrol – whatever the weather. Situated on the southeastern shore of Lake Achensee, this vast complex opens up a whole world of leisure activities: for young and not-so-young, sports enthusiasts and wellness lovers, bouldering fans and water lovers alike.

And for those who love to twirl: if you’d like to take to the ice, the Atoll’s 600 m² ice rink offers plenty of space for skating and gliding.

Whether for sporty laps or cheerful splashing around, the expansive water world with its panoramic pool leaves nothing to be desired. In the 25-meter sports pool, you can train with ambition and speed.

Floor geysers, a current channel, wellness massage jets, and bubbling loungers promise soothing moments in the water. And with indoor and outdoor non-swimmers’ pools, a water playground, and a slide, even the youngest Atoll visitors are guaranteed pure happiness.

Sauna World with Penthouse Spa

Of course, when staying at our Alphaus or as a guest in the Karwendel apartment or Haus Romantik, you can already enjoy wellness in the Alphaus Spa. But if you’d like to discover the wellness oasis at the Atoll, you can choose according to your mood between a Finnish sauna, bio and color-light sauna, herbal infusion sauna, steam bath, and a large infrared cabin.

A Kneipp area with foot basins, a plunge pool, and an outdoor rooftop swimming area provide refreshing contrasts. And the infinity pool opens up breathtaking views over Lake Achensee.

And if you simply want to do nothing at all: the Penthouse Spa also offers wooden outdoor sun decks and tranquil relaxation rooms. Beautiful places where time seems to stand still.

As a guest at the Alphaus, you already enjoy access to our in-house fitness and movement room – free of charge for guests from Haus Romantik and the Karwendel apartments as well.

For even more training options, or if you’re staying at Alpenherz, the Lakeside Gym offers premium equipment with panoramic lake views. Add to that a bouldering hall with 180 m² of climbing space and an outdoor sports area with beach volleyball, tennis, slackline, football, and more.
